A Business Development Representative is essentially the face of our company. You will be the first person our customers talk to and build a relationship with.

We’re a growing IT hardware sales company with an office in Port Charlotte. We’re currently looking to fill 3 full time Inside Sales Representative positions. Ideal candidate will be calling business to business and selling to Fortune 5000 companies. You will be selling the very top names in data communications & telecommunications equipment. (ie: Cisco, Avaya and HP) We’re looking for someone who has the drive to succeed and meet goals. Computer Networking experience and IT knowledge is a plus but is not required. We will teach you the technical knowledge you need to succeed!

Essential Sales Functions:

Establish and maintain both new and existing customer relationships over the telephone

Prospect and talk to a minimum of 7 decision makers daily (Making at least 60+ calls daily)

Learn & understand our Salesforce CRM systems & Quoting system

Maintain customer information and conversations in our Salesforce CRM system

Resolve and communicate solutions regarding technical and RMA issues

Ability to do price quotes and pricing negotiations

Represent Network Craze in a professional manner; striving for total customer satisfaction

Primary responsibility for overall profitability and growth of your account base.

Perform other duties as assigned


Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Ability to talk to “Management level” prospects or customers over the telephone

Ability to make multiple cold calls daily

Excellent organization and customer service skills

Ability to think and communicate under pressure

Data communications & Telecommunications knowledge is a plus

Proficient knowledge of Google Docs Programs (Gmail, Docs, Sheets….Etc.)

Qualifications/Experience of the ideal candidate:

1+ years Business to Business or telephone sales

IT / Networking experience is a plus or relevant industry experience


HS diploma required

College experience helpful (preferably in business, marketing, sales or similar major)
