Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and nurture new and existing customer relationships through effective phone communication
- Engage with a minimum of 10 decision makers daily (making 70+ calls daily)
- Prepare and present accurate price quotes, including skilled negotiation
- Exemplify professionalism while representing Network Craze, always striving for total customer satisfaction
- Take primary responsibility for driving profitability and growth within your account base
Desired Skills and Abilities:
- Thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Comfortably engage with management-level prospects and customers over the phone
- Make multiple successful cold calls every day
- Possess excellent organizational and customer service skills
- Ability to think quickly and communicate effectively
- Familiarity with data communications is a plus
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Business-to-Business or telephone sales
- High school diploma required; college experience in business, marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred
