Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and nurture new and existing customer relationships through effective phone communication
  • Engage with a minimum of 10 decision makers daily (making 70+ calls daily)
  • Prepare and present accurate price quotes, including skilled negotiation
  • Exemplify professionalism while representing Network Craze, always striving for total customer satisfaction
  • Take primary responsibility for driving profitability and growth within your account base

Desired Skills and Abilities:

  • Thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Comfortably engage with management-level prospects and customers over the phone
  • Make multiple successful cold calls every day
  • Possess excellent organizational and customer service skills
  • Ability to think quickly and communicate effectively
  • Familiarity with data communications is a plus

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Business-to-Business or telephone sales
  • High school diploma required; college experience in business, marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred
